What we use and why
- Website visits. Connection details, such as your IP address, browser and pages requested, help deliver the website and protect it from misuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable service.
- Enquiries. We use the contact details and message you send to answer your request. This supports our legitimate interest in helping customers, or taking steps towards a booking or contract at your request.
- Visit statistics. Unless you opt out, we count visits to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a useful website. UK law allows statistics used only for this purpose without asking first, as long as we tell you and you can opt out. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.
- Privacy choices. We remember your settings on your device so we can respect your preferences. See our cookie notice.
The contact form sends your details and message when you select Send enquiry. Giving us enquiry information is optional, but we need enough detail to reply. Please avoid sending medical or other sensitive information in an initial message.
Services we use
We use service providers for website hosting and security, contact-form delivery, business email and website support. Authorised staff and these providers may access information when needed to provide those services. We may also share information where required by law.
Delivery, open and click information may help us check that enquiry notifications reach the people handling them. These notifications go to our team or website provider, rather than the person submitting the form.
Some providers process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where relevant, recognised adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards protect UK data. You can contact us for details of the providers and a copy of the relevant safeguards.
How long information is kept
Enquiries are kept while we answer and follow up your request. Relevant records may be kept longer for a service you use, a complaint or a legal obligation. Technical records are retained as needed to deliver and protect the website or investigate a problem. You can contact us for more information about retention.
Visit statistics are kept for up to 13 months. Your saved privacy choice applies for up to 180 days. An opt-out from visit statistics stays in place until you opt back in or clear this site’s browser data. You can change your choices or clear this site’s browser data at any time.
Analytics and other websites
Analytics is off during preview testing. On the live site, Google Analytics may help us understand visits and improve the website, with your permission. It records browsing and device information, using cookies to recognise visits. We do not send your enquiry details to Analytics. Advertising features are not enabled. You can review or withdraw your permission through .
Unless you opt out, we also count visits with Jakal Studio visit statistics, provided by JAKALLABS LTD (company 17507001, Unit 12, Mica Close, Tamworth, B77 4DR) on our behalf and hosted in the UK. It records the page address without its query, the page title, the referring site or the campaign named in the link you followed (utm_source), your approximate town and country, device type and browser family, when a form is started or sent, and when an enquiry, call or directions link is used. It uses no cookies and does not keep your IP address. A temporary identifier changes daily to group visits without following someone across days. If you opt out, your browser keeps a note of that choice so it is respected on later visits. Statistics are kept for up to 13 months.
You can opt out of visit statistics at any time using . Opting out stops them from this browser straight away. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control are never counted. If you chose Deny on an earlier visit, we treat that as an opt-out.
Google may process this information outside the UK. Read Google’s privacy information for more about its processing and safeguards.
Videos on this site are served directly. Booking, directions and social links take you to other services, including Bookeo, Google Maps and Instagram, only when you follow them. Those services have their own privacy information. This notice covers website use and general enquiries; information for bookings, training and job applications is provided through the relevant service or club policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask us to restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful use.
This website does not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. If you are a junior athlete, a parent or guardian can help you contact us or understand this notice.
