1. Is there a minimum membership term?
Yes, there is a minimum membership term of 3 months. This ensures that athletes have enough time to develop their skills and see measurable progress.
2. How much does your training cost?
Training costs vary based on the type of sessions and membership options. We have options from as little as £3 per session.
3. How many group sessions can my child attend if they are a member?
Members can attend all sessions allocated to their group, which includes any face-to-face training as well as online training sessions. We encourage participation in as many sessions as possible to maximise development.
4. What time should we arrive?
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes** before the scheduled session start time.
5. Can parents watch the sessions?
Yes, parents are welcome to observe sessions from designated areas, tea, coffee and water are available onsite free of charge.
6. Is Playermade just for football players?
No, Playermade is not exclusively for football players. We cater to athletes involved in a variety of sports, providing training tailored to different disciplines.
7. Do you work with boys and girls?
Absolutely! We work with both boys and girls, promoting an inclusive environment for all athletes.
8. Do you offer football-specific 1:1 training?
Yes, we provide football-specific 1:1 training sessions designed to enhance skills, techniques, and overall performance on the pitch.
9. What should my child wear for training sessions?
We recommend comfortable sports attire and appropriate footwear suitable for the specific activity.
10. How do I cancel or reschedule a session?
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact our support team at least 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of session.
11. Do you offer training to groups or teams?
Yes, we can provide training for sports group and teams. If you wish to enquire about booking in your group of athletes, email [email protected]
12. What is the age range for participants in your programs?
Our programs are designed for participants aged 7 and above, catering to both younger and professional athletes.
13. How can I provide feedback about my child’s experience?
We welcome feedback from parents and guardians. You can share your thoughts via email. This will be passed on to the coaches after which we will provide means of feeding back.
14. What safety measures are in place during training?
We prioritise safety and have protocols in place, including regular equipment checks, first aid availability, and adherence to hygiene standards. You can view or risk assessments in the policies section.
15. How do I stay up to date with my training?
The app sends an email notifying players of their session details. Periodically your designated coach will provide feedback on the training app in your Training Journal.
16. How can I stay updated on upcoming events or training sessions?
You can stay informed by subscribing to our newsletter, following our social media channels, or regularly checking our website for updates.
17. What happens if a session falls on a bank holiday?
In the event of bank holiday, generally the training club is closed. We will notify participants of any cancellations and reschedule sessions accordingly. Please ensure we have your up to date contact information.
18. Can I observe a session before enrolling my child?
Due to the nature of our services safeguarding does not permit the observation of children without participation. However our Movement Screen does provide an opportunity for potential customers to try a single session before committing to any future long term service.

1. What is a Movement Screen?
A Movement Screen is an assessment conducted by expert coaches to evaluate various aspects of your athletic performance, including speed, agility, jump, power, and overall movement quality and mechanics.
2. Who can participate in the Movement Screen?
Anyone aged 7 and above can participate, whether you are a professional athlete or involved in grassroots sports.
3. Do I need to have prior experience in sports to participate?
While it’s beneficial to have some competitive sports experience, it’s not a strict requirement. However, participants should have an interest in developing their physical performance.
4. What should I wear for the Movement Screen?
Please wear comfortable sports attire and flat-soled footwear suitable for indoor activities.
5. What time should I arrive for my session?
We advise players to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session start time. Your coach will come and collect you from the foyer when your session is ready to begin.
6. How long does the Movement Screen session last?
Each Movement Screen session typically lasts about 45 minutes, which includes both the physical assessment and a follow-up discussion.
7. Can I reschedule my session if I cannot make it?
Yes, you can reschedule if you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid losing your session.
