Our Gym sessions are designed to target every aspect of strength and conditioning, focusing on critical elements such as strength, speed, agility, and power. One to One Sessions

At our training facility, we offer two exceptional pathways for athletes to elevate their performance: one-to-one coaching and group training.

One-to-One Coaching provides a personalised training experience tailored to the specific needs of each athlete.

This approach allows for focused of specific areas of their development, highlighted by coaches, parents or the athletes themselves. Train with professional coaches who have extensive experience working with elite-level athletes, through specialised attention that enhances their skills and overall performance.

Group Sessions

On the other hand, Group Sessions creates a dynamic and inspiring environment where aspiring champions train alongside peers. This option is designed for athletes aged 7-18, allowing them to engage in weekly sessions that enhance all aspects pf performance through a carefully crafted and structured training program. See massive improvements in their strength, speed, and power. Our structured four-tier training system ensures every athlete finds their ideal match, whether they are just starting or are more advanced.

This comprehensive assessment ensures that each athlete receives the right level of support and directed to the most relevant training group or service based on their training goals and ability.

Made To Ride Sessions

Get ready to pedal your way to fitness with our exhilarating Made to Ride training session.

This dynamic experience promises to immerse you in the thrill of cycling alongside a partner as you conquer new challenges together.

Join us for an interactive, coach-led training session, where you’ll explore the breathtaking landscapes. Where you ride is your choice, explore the hills of the French Alps or other serene destinations—you will put your fitness to the test. This isn’t just any normal workout; it’s a chance to push your training to it’s limits and experience the rush of cycling in a supportive environment.

Whether your goal is to build endurance, enhance your speed, or improve your overall fitness, this session caters to all levels. 

Please note: Each session includes the use of both saddles, so grab a friend and get ready 

MTR does not require a movement screen.

FAQ

Group membership comes with a minimum 3 month term, after which point we require 1 months notice to cancel via email [email protected]

Group training starts from as little as £70pm.

One to One packages are discussed following a successful movement screen.

A group membership entitles players to attend 1 or 2 sessions at the training club each week.

We recommend that players attending the training club for group sessions or one to ones, arrive no more than 5 minutes before the session start time.

It is essential that players do not arrive late as missing the warm up can contribute to injury.

Parents of players involved in one to one session are able to watch the session 

At present, parents of group members are unable watch. 

No. Our training is geared towards players of all sports. 

Yes, we provide training for both boys and girls.

Yes. Football coaching is available to both members and non- members. 

Sessions are held predominantly at our host venue; Judgemeadow Community College on their 4g surface (Marydene Dr, Evington, Leicester LE5 6HP).
